The latest display of Hamas’ depravity—the public spectacle of returning hostage remains, some mislabeled, others locked in coffins with missing keys, all while Palestinian crowds cheered—should erase any lingering illusions about who and what Israel is fighting. This was not an act of war; it was an act of raw, calculated evil.
The sheer cruelty of Hamas’ actions is almost difficult to comprehend. They not only brutalized and murdered innocent civilians—including infants—but they went out of their way to add one final insult to the families of the dead. And yet, the tragedy is compounded by the reaction of the Palestinian masses who gleefully watched and participated in the charade.
This is not just a conflict over land. This is a spiritual battle between good and evil. It is a clash between a civilization that values life and a death cult that celebrates destruction. It is time for the world to recognize that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not about borders—it is about the deeply ingrained hatred that has been allowed to fester within Palestinian society for generations.
Hamas’ Contempt for Human Life
Hamas has never operated like a conventional political or military organization. It is, at its core, a terrorist entity fueled by Islamic fundamentalism and a genocidal hatred of Jews. Its charter explicitly calls for the destruction of Israel, and its leaders have openly stated their desire to wipe Jews off the map.
This latest episode proves, once again, that Hamas does not abide by the most basic principles of human decency. Their handling of these hostage remains was not an accident—it was deliberate psychological warfare. They paraded the dead in locked coffins under an image of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu depicted as a bloodthirsty vampire. This was a macabre, sadistic mockery of Jewish suffering.
Ask yourself: What kind of people celebrate the murder of children? What kind of ideology takes joy in tormenting grieving parents? This is not just war. This is savagery.
The sad reality is that Hamas thrives on the suffering of its own people just as much as it revels in the suffering of Israelis. They use Palestinian civilians as human shields, hiding their weapons in schools and hospitals. They reject ceasefires when it doesn’t suit their propaganda. They steal humanitarian aid and convert it into terror tunnels rather than feeding or protecting their own people. And when Israel fights back, Hamas exploits the inevitable casualties to gain sympathy from the gullible international media.
If this were any other war, Hamas would be recognized as the genocidal force that it is. But because Israel is involved, the world hesitates to call out evil for what it is.
The U.N.’s Hypocrisy: Crocodile Tears for the Cameras
To his credit, U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres condemned the grotesque display, calling it “abhorrent and appalling.” But let’s be honest—the United Nations has spent decades enabling Hamas.
This is the same U.N. that pumps billions of dollars into UNRWA, the agency responsible for Palestinian refugees, which has been repeatedly caught promoting anti-Semitic propaganda in its schools. This is the same U.N. that has passed numerous resolutions condemning Israel, while largely ignoring Hamas’ human rights abuses. This is the same U.N. that has remained silent as Hamas diverts humanitarian aid to build weapons and war tunnels.
The U.N. loves to pose as a neutral peacemaker, but in reality, it has played a major role in sustaining the cycle of Palestinian victimhood and terrorism. It has treated Hamas as a legitimate political force rather than a bloodthirsty death cult. Now, after decades of appeasement, it is “shocked” when Hamas behaves like the monsters they have always been.
Perhaps Guterres’ condemnation is a small step in the right direction, but it will mean nothing unless the world finally acknowledges the truth: Hamas must be eradicated.
What About the Palestinian People? The Hard Truth
There is a common refrain in Western media: “Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people.” It is a comforting statement, but is it entirely true?
As pointed out by the New York Post, millions of Palestinians have been raised in a culture that glorifies the slaughter of Jews. This is not a fringe ideology—it is mainstream in Palestinian society.
- Palestinian children are taught in school that Israel has no right to exist. Their textbooks erase Israel from maps and portray Jews as subhuman.
- Palestinian TV broadcasts songs and cartoons encouraging kids to become martyrs.
- Palestinian Authority leaders—not just Hamas—pay stipends to the families of terrorists, effectively rewarding the murder of Jews.
Yes, there are innocent Palestinians caught in the crossfire, and yes, many of them suffer under Hamas’ rule. But at what point does a society bear responsibility for the evil it nurtures? When thousands of Palestinians gather to celebrate the return of mutilated Jewish corpses, is it really just Hamas that is the problem?
The reality is that the world has enabled this hatred for generations. After 1948, Arab nations refused to integrate Palestinian refugees, instead keeping them stateless and fostering a perpetual grievance against Israel. Palestinian leaders, from Yasser Arafat to Mahmoud Abbas, have chosen terrorism over state-building at every opportunity. And the West, rather than demanding accountability, has funded this disaster with billions in aid.
We must stop pretending that the root cause of this conflict is Israeli policy. The root cause is an ideology that has taught millions of Palestinians to hate and dehumanize Jews from birth. Until that changes, there will never be peace.
The Only Solution: Hamas Must Be Destroyed
Israel has no choice but to continue its war against Hamas. There is no “diplomatic solution” with terrorists who strap bombs to their own children. There is no negotiating with an enemy whose entire existence is predicated on your destruction.
The world must wake up and recognize that Israel is not the aggressor—it is the frontline defense against an evil that would consume the world if left unchecked. If Hamas is not eradicated, its ideology will spread. It will inspire more jihadists, more attacks, and more suffering.
For those who still excuse Hamas or protest against Israel’s right to defend itself, I leave you with this thought: Imagine if it were your child’s body in one of those coffins. Imagine if your family had been paraded before a jeering crowd that cheered your suffering.
Hamas is pure evil. And it must be wiped from the earth.
Israel is fighting for its survival, yes—but in a greater sense, it is fighting for the future of civilization itself. It is time for the world to choose a side.
